Here are a couple helpful hints if you watch the videos.
The circle on the right side is always the baby's abdomen/chest and sometimes you can see the spine along the top of it.
The circle that changes sometimes on the left side is the baby's face coming in and out of focus. Sometimes you can see the shadows under the eye sockets and the line of the chin.
